“With over 20 years’ experience across NZ, the UK, and Australia, I have worked with private companies, multinationals, government, and start-ups - fixing execution bottlenecks and unlocking growth. From unblocking supply issues to uncovering hidden cost savings, I bring a rare cross-functional and commercial mindset, with a customer focus, that delivers both top- and bottom-line impact. I am passionate about helping teams succeed. I injects focus and energy into projects, ensuring strategies don’t just sit on paper but get implemented where it matters - on the ground, in market, and in results. My passion for teams are a result of growing up on a working farm with 3 siblings. I played sport from as early as I could. I focused on netball and basketball but due to a keen interest in sport I played touch rugby, cricket, rugby and represented in swimming at school. After numerous injuries I now enjoy mountain biking and swimming and coach my nieces and nephews in basketball and netball (unofficially).”
