About Me

“I have a passion for physical activity for wellbeing and the benefits it has on communities. I am a regular participant as being active helps me succeed in all areas of life. I currently work in the play, active recreation and sports sector and have a sound understanding of how the sector operates from government through to grassroots and am passionate about strengthening and improving the system for future generations. I have knowledge and experience in measuring and demonstrating impact, as well as developing and nurturing authentic partnerships and relationships. I believe in collaboration and have seen the positive impact working in collaboration has on organisations and participants. I have previous experience in the disability sector and are passionate about diversity and inclusion and ensuring physical activity is something everyone has access to. I am looking forward to connecting with other skilled governors and bringing my skills and experience to a board table. ”
