About Me
“I am a strategic and commercially driven leader with a strong background in operations, business development, and talent management. As a former CEO and now Director of Operations at Kirimana Consultants, I have led high-growth initiatives, managed complex stakeholder relationships, and driven commercial success—skills that are highly transferable to sports governance. While I am in the early stages of my board governance journey, I am eager to contribute my expertise and develop in this space. Having served on the Christchurch Football Club (CFC) Board, I have gained valuable insights into decision-making, financial sustainability, and club operations. My recent application for a seat on the New Zealand Rugby (NZR) Board reflects my growing interest in governance and my desire to play a role in shaping the future of sport. I am passionate about increasing opportunities for women in sport, ensuring strong leadership pathways, and bringing fresh commercial and strategic perspectives to governance. I look forward to learning, growing, and contributing in a meaningful way”
