About Me

“I Started in the financial industry in 2008. This had me branching out to become a financial adviser in 2010 after earning a degree in both finance and economics. I thrived working at top tier wire house firms in the USA, and then moved to the variable annuity space working for AIG. After a short break to raise my small children I came back to help with NZ's only variable annuity on a contract basis. From there I have been at my current employer working in fund management, and love working with those in the industry and around it. Since my young years as a child through to college and in my professional life I have enjoyed volunteering and helping charities and not for profits either through volunteer, mentorship or monetary donations. My hobbies have always included sports and outdoor activities and now I am a Mom of boys who love to play Rugby, Touch, basketball. We also go out surfing, golfing and skiing as a family. I strive to grow my professional life by continuing into board and governance roles to add value and insight from both my professional and personal backgrounds. Being a woman in her mid-30s who works full-time, all while being originally from a different country I feel I can add a different view or value add to aid in diversity of thought and discussion.”
