“I am a dedicated, energetic and enthusiastic individual with a strong commitment and desire to represent the voices of both women and tangata whenua in sports governance. With a background in marketing, sales, sponsorship and fundraising (both in corporate environments in the travel industry, media and broadcasting and for iwi), I bring a unique blend of strategic planning, relationship-building, understanding of tikanga and leadership skills that can contribute significantly to any sports board. I believe that sport has the unique ability to tie in elements of pride, passion, health and well-being, and is the ultimate platform to bring so many talented and gifted people altogether to contribute in so many ways to our communities. I have a strong desire to contribute to the growth and success of New Zealand's sporting community and would love the opportunity to serve on boards and committees. I look forward to collaborating with like-minded professionals and supporting sports organisations across Aotearoa with their vision and long-term strategies. ”
