About Me

“I am a pragmatic self-employed professional with 24 years of International and local experience in Sports, Business Management, DEI, Occupational Health and Safety, Injury management and Rehabilitation services. Working with reputed organizations like General Motors International Operations, Transdev and Accident Compensation Corporation, I have gained extensive knowledge of Accident Compensation Act 2001, Health and Safety Work Act 2015 (HSWA 2015, New Zealand, NFPA codes and standards and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration, United States) regulations and legislature. As a Director for two small business enterprises in New Zealand, I have successfully built strong relationships along with a track record of selling innovative and creative ideas for design, print, health and safety and photography. In my current governance roles, I work with different teams with a focus on building capability, leadership and governance experience across their employees and memberships. In my spare time I work as a Photographer, beautifully capturing weddings, corporate events, functions, and concerts. I am very grateful to be offered a scholarship for Executive Ready Program from Women and Leadership Australia which I have completed remotely in New Zealand. I enjoy Inspiring and teaching people the “how’s & whys” of a strong business and safety culture to continuously raise their standards for collaboration, performance and learning. ”
