About Me

“I am an experienced HR, Organisational development, culture and transformation executive, with a passion for women in sport. Another area of interest and passion is mental health and wellbeing of our rangatahi athletes, from school based or as part of the high performance sport Aotearoa team. When I am not working, I am either out with my three tamariki, finding new trails to explore, or training for my next endurance event (or recovering form the last one). Or, I am standing on the side line, cheering on my 16 year old rep football daughter Cameron, or at the Rugby or Football game to support my 9 year old twin boys, Casey and Noah. I have spent 25 years in triathlon, and endurance sports (most recently mountain biking) both competing, completing and volunteering with the administration of events, such as the Xterra championship event in Kapiti, and the Taupo Ironman Event. And I currently train with the amazing Team CP (Complete Performance) in Christchurch; all be it I am getting slower by the year. I want to give back to the sports I, and my tamariki love that have supported me for so many years, and believe that this is possible in a governance role. ”
