With over a decade of experience in rowing and a track record of success as a national representative, I believe that I have the skills and expertise necessary to contribute to the growth and success of organisations, in particular those with a sport focus. I am passionate about advancing sport and creating opportunities for young athletes to excel. I am also committed to promoting equity and inclusion within the sport and believe that it is essential to ensure that all athletes have equal access to training and competition opportunities. ”
