About Me

“Kia Ora! I’m Meg, I have recently been admitted to the Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand. I have 5+ years of experience in governance positions on boards. I have worked with organisations such as RNZCF and, was the Co-Founder and Vice-President of UC Swim in 2021- 2022. As someone who has always been heavily involved in my sporting communities I am passionate about having a positive impact on the industry and maximising the reach and benefits for young people today. I have completed a Swimming NZ Coaching Apprenticeship while I worked as a Swim Coach in Christchurch. Through this experience I have gained insight into the young generations coming through NZ’s sporting communities and I am able to be a voice for them in governance positions. ”
