Over my career in both Aotearoa New Zealand and Australia, I’ve led projects across government and community sectors focused on delivering practical reform, policy implementation, and sustainable change. I bring strengths in analytical synthesis, stakeholder engagement, and mentoring high-performing teams. My governance interests lie in helping organisations - particularly those with social or community impact - translate strategy into action through good process, evidence-based insight, and inclusive leadership. I have served as a Non-Executive Director for a rock climbing organisation and currently volunteer in ecological and youth mentoring initiatives, reflecting my commitment to both people and place.”
