About Me
“My background in organisational development, people and capability, and change management topics has initiated my journey into governance. As an independent consultant I have been fortunate enough to work with and learn from great executive teams and board members across a wide variety of New Zealand sectors/industries on various projects. I thrive on initiating and supporting strategic change to improve organisational effectiveness and health in the pursuit of sustainable long-term performance. I am excited to grow my governance experience through further education, and practical experience with organisations from any sector, with particular interest in providing value to those that aim to continue to shape and develop opportunities for women and girls in play, sport and active recreation at all levels. I am passionate about empowering people to achieve better outcomes and long term success through strong, healthy organisations.”
