About Me

“Ka mahi tahi matou Kia ohoka te pitomata hai puananī We will work together In order to awaken potential to freely travel in any chosen direction. I am a problem solver that bringing together organisations in unexpected ways. I work to build trust, sustainable outcomes, and thinking that solves the present and designs futures, I work alongside organisations and people delivering results that make a difference. Having led a number of organisations through periods of transition and growth I’d now like to contribute through Governance, towards developing the capability and performance of organisations seeking to flourish and meet the needs of their communities through exceptional governance and demonstrable cohesion in their delivery and operation. During COVID I led an organisation not just to survive; to 23% growth 2020-21 and 16% growth 2021-22. I inaugurated an organisation wide digital transformation, that delivers services and programmes responding to client need and fit for 21st delivery and a capacity for growth. During the past two years our staff were developed and supported and no staff loss was incurred. I introduced and overseen a significant programme of research and Social Impact. I love using creative thinking to achieve a practical goal. It is essential for me to work and share ideas with others. I am a strong believer in the contribution an individual can make to an organisation through their values. Working in an environment that contributes to people and enabling ease in how things function is essential for me. ”
