About Me
“In 2019, with over a decade of Company Secretary experience, I founded IGS. We provide out-sourced Board Secretariat solutions and a range of governance and advisory services. Most recently we've introduced a low cost service to Incorporated Societies requiring constitutional amendments to comply with the new Act. In addition, I have significant experience in leading charitable organisations including as Trust Manager of Kelliher Charitable Trust which primarily involved providing funding to other NZ charities. In 2021 I was appointed a Director of University and Tertiary Sport NZ. I have a particular passion for sport and recreation, youth development and education. My key governance skills and experience include financial literacy and analysis, strategic planning and execution, sponsorship/fundraising as well as risk and compliance.”
