About Me
“Kia ora, my name is Janna Grant. I have a professional background in Talent and Consulting and over the last 20 years have successfully partnered with private and public sector organisations across, New Zealand, Australia, UK and South-East Asia. I have led large scale international projects, leading sales pursuits and implementations. I am an experienced people leader, having led international and diverse teams. I have a personal passion for diversity in the workplace and am a champion and advocate for making workplaces better. I am a passionate kiwi and advocate as sports. I believe they play a critical role in our communities to provide purpose, inclusion and connection. I am a keen sports person and fan. I am participating in my first full marathon this year (2023), over Covid completed 3 Adventure races and in the winter enjoy snow sports. I relish the opportunity to attend national sporting events such as the Breakers, Black Ferns and most recently the FIFA Women’s World Cup. As a parent of two primary aged children, I have been involved in Auckland based club sport for the past couple of years (this year trying my hand at rugby coaching) and have seen the benefit it brings in building confidence and comradery as well as inspiring into the future. I would welcome the opportunity to connect with you. ”
