“Tēnā koutou katoa. I am deeply passionate about taking on roles where I can contribute to societal change that empowers individuals and communities to thrive. My strengths are in strategic thinking, leadership and mentoring, and empathy and emotional intelligence. I have a diverse range of skills and experiences, including sports administration across multiple codes, stakeholder engagement, relationship management, data-driven decision-making, governance, and bi-cultural human-centred design. Additionally, my expertise spans marketing, communications, product marketing, product management, and project/programme management. My experience spans a wide range of sectors, including financial services, insurance, funds management, corporate real estate, the criminal justice sector including correctional services – reintegration and rehabilitation, and multiple sporting codes. I hold an Executive MBA from Massey University. I live in Lyall Bay, Wellington, with my whanau. My husband is an outdoor education secondary school teacher, and our daughter is nearing the completion of her studies at Otago University. No reira tēnā koutou, tēnā koutou, tēnā koutou katoa. ”
