As a Human Resources and Health & Safety Consultant, I work with organisations to add noticeable, sustainable value that addresses their business needs. With a background in leadership and change navigation, I excel in aligning strategy, implementing change, and mitigating risks, while empowering leaders with the tools to foster high-trust, collaborative cultures. I am deeply committed to supporting DEI strategies and implementations that amplify the voices of neurodivergent individuals, disabled peoples, wāhine, and Māori in the workplace. My passion lies in promoting diversification and supporting these groups in pursuing leadership positions.
