“I am a strategic thinker with experience in delivering solutions to meet the changing requirements of an evolving environment for a diverse group of stakeholders. I have 35 years of experience in Information Technology in Australia, UK and New Zealand, 20 years’ experience leadership, over 5 years’ experience on national and Australasian boards and Committees and a background in operational management, strategic planning, risk and compliance, innovation, and diversity. I am currently working as the Chief Operating Officer for Kelly Group NZ which provides sport, play and active recreation to children across New Zealand. I bring a sound understanding of corporate governance with experience chairing and participating on numerous national and Australasian boards and committees. My previous board experience, while being in higher education, provides a strong base for other boards when combined with my 20 years of IT and operational management across numerous industries.”
