Over the past twenty years I have been in senior leadership roles internationally, with much of my career focused on organizational transformation, including leadership efficiency and effectiveness, through innovation. I have established a reputation for a “can do” attitude, focussed on positive consultative results. I can combine both national and international best practise methodologies to the benefit of New Zealand businesses; assisting them to benefit members and the communities they support. My work experience in risk management, business continuity, emergency planning, personnel development, and corporate sustainability, along with my educational background in business and operations leadership, will bring added value to any Board and its deliberations.
