About Me

“Currently a mother of a gorgeous wee boy with my husband, I am a Parks and Recreation Planner with the Invercargill City Council where a main focus is on the long term planning designed to set the direction for Parks, Cemeteries and Open Spaces into the future. As a young professional I am deeply committed to supporting emergent leaders and have been a committed member of Recreation Aotearoa local committee and steering committee member of Generate Network NZ (network for upcoming parks and recreation professionals). I am keen to develop my governance skills and experience further in the organisation and am always willing to learn and experience something new which keeps my passion in the industry. This development will also help me share my learnings with others in the sector. My hobbies include trail running, triathlons, mountain biking and any other outdoor activities that might take an interest.”
