About Me

“I am a professional director with over 25 years of experience in the technology recruitment & consulting services industry, and over 7.5 years of commercial, for-profit governance experience. I have been a Chartered Member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors (CMInstD) since 2021 and graduated the IOD’s Advanced Director programme in 2023. I am seeking additional Independent Directorships with the aim of working with ambitious entities who wish to transform and grow. Utilising my extensive governance skills and experience, I like to guide organisations down a path towards a future state that includes ongoing sustainable commercial growth, improved financial health and consistent delivery of work programmes. I’ve been involved in the development and governance of two organisations that have won several Deloitte Fast 50 awards (Younity, Verity Consulting). This recognition included the winning the 2023 Deloitte Masters of Growth Award (Younity - 689% growth over 5 years) and winning the 2024 Deloitte Fast 50 Fastest Growing Services Business, Wellington Region (Verity Consulting). With a broad governance skill base incorporating Commercial Management & Business Development, Risk Management, ESG, IT & Cyber Security and HR/Recruitment, I believe I can add depth to the collective wisdom of your board and look forward to adding value.”
