This experience includes board and advisory boards and moving a family business from an advisory board to full board. I'm currently CFO and Director for Schindler Lifts NZ and independent chair and director for Novii a family owned business. I'm positive and build relationships using my experience from a wide range of industries including consultancy, fitness (licence, royalty and technology), logistics, industrial, infrastructure, construction, automotive, property and public sector. Throughout my career I have led and been involved with change for organisations and teams, building team culture, strategy, improving performance and governance.”
