About Me
“I am a senior leader and Board member, adept at creating environments that bring out the best in people. I create environments that foster trust, allow for constructive challenge and foster collaboration. I have experience in a wide range of regulated areas, including the building, housing, energy and natural resources sectors and financial services regulation. I currently work for the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development NZ as a Policy Manager, reporting to a DCE. Prior to initiating a career as a Manager I worked as a lawyer in the public sector for around 15 years. In my volunteer governance I foster environments of psychological safety, including as Chair, so that Boards can have constructive conversations about difficult decisions or challenges. I have over 10 years NFP governance experience.”
