About Me
“I am a Clinical and Performance Psychologist, former New Zealand Olympian, and governance professional with a strong interest in wellbeing, integrity, and sustainable leadership within organisations. I bring experience across mental health, sexual harm support, kaupapa Māori services, corrections, athlete wellbeing, safeguarding, and high performance environments, with a collaborative and values-driven approach. My background as an elite athlete provides firsthand insight into leadership, teamwork, resilience, and the importance of positive organisational culture. I am passionate about contributing to organisations that value integrity, inclusion, wellbeing, and long-term impact, and I enjoy working alongside others to support positive and sustainable outcomes for communities and stakeholders.”
