“I bring to the table a deep belief in decision making based on sharp customer insights. Then, when the direction is clear, I've championed relentless executional excellence to get fast progress. Since joining Telecom in '03 I've been at the forefront of digitisation and leveraging data for competitive advantage. I transformed Tourism New Zealand into digital-first and continued to lift the e-commerce bar at My Food Bag. To stay ahead, I've worked hard on delivering innovation; big and small. Be that a fresh way of selling New Zealand to world travellers, better ways to choose next week's family meals, new healthy drinks on the go, or market busting mobile phone plans like $10TXT. I've held marketing and CEO roles in consumer goods companies, tech and media sectors and international travel. I took meal solutions business My Food Bag from founder-led to an NZX/ASX listing 2018-2022. Provided governance support to industry organisations, joint ventures and subsidiaries for over 20years. Inducted into the New Zealand Marketing Hall of Fame 2018. Distinguished Alumni Award, University of Waikato 2020.”
