I have extensive experience influencing and aligning senior stakeholders, overseeing contracts and decision-making, and leading cross-functional initiatives. My governance-adjacent experience includes serving on the Body Corporate Committee at my residential complex, providing oversight and contributing to collective decision-making. I am actively building formal governance capability through the Women in Sport Governance Programme with Appoint and Sport NZ.
