Minerva International Education Limited

A wholly owned subsidiary of UCOL, Minerva was used as the vehicle for the establishment and operation of a Reserve Bank of India (RBI) approved Liaison Office in Bangalore, India to recruit international students for UCOL.


UCOL International Limited

This wholly owned subsidiary of UCOL, a government funded Institute of Technology, was formed in 2004 as the vehicle to undertake the obligations of the parent company under an agreement with Indian-based Canadian Institute of International Studies and Dubai-based Global Strategic Business Consultancy to deliver UCOL’s Bachelor of Nursing Programme in Chandigarh, India.

As Executive Dean I was responsible for the leadership and operation of a large higher education Faculty offering a wide range of certificate, diploma, and degree programmes across a diverse range of disciplines including business and computing, tourism, hospitality and catering, foundation studies, fashion and beauty, early childhood education, music, photography, arts and design. Key achievements include lifting average course completion rates for learners from 42% to over 70%.
