About Me
“An experienced board member and senior executive, I bring more than 20 years of leadership across the private, public, and for purpose sectors in Aotearoa New Zealand and internationally. Holding chartered membership of the Institute of Directors NZ and a Masters degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology, I combine strategic insight with a pragmatic approach to achieving sustainable growth, building organisational capability, and fostering strong, constructive relationships. With deep expertise in leadership, culture, and organisational performance, I excel at helping organisations define the future they need to create—and designing and executing practical plans to get there. Known for a values-based and collaborative leadership style, I am recognised for bringing energy, curiosity, and fairness to every challenge. My diverse sector experience spans retail, agriculture, consulting, sport and recreation, health and social services, and the arts—ranging from start-ups to mature, complex organisations. Passionate about aligning commercial imperatives with the expectations of diverse stakeholder groups, I bring both depth and humanity to governance and executive decision-making.”
