Holding chartered membership of the Institute of Directors NZ and a Masters degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology, I combine strategic insight with a pragmatic approach to achieving sustainable growth, building organisational capability, and fostering strong, constructive relationships. With deep expertise in leadership, culture, and organisational performance, I excel at helping organisations define the future they need to create—and designing and executing practical plans to get there. My diverse sector experience spans retail, agriculture, consulting, sport and recreation, health and social services, and the arts—ranging from start-ups to mature, complex organisations.
