Delivered OD/HR management insights to board on monthly basis with qualitative and quantitative data from online survey. Conducted a Training Needs Analysis for the firm’s Advisory Board. This firm had just won significant government contracts in the health sector, and were growing from a regional presence to representing Accidental Compensation Commission and Ministry of Health across NZ (new Wellington and Christchurch offices and 25% increase in staff).

In 2010 I became a board member for the Discovery Foundation for Teens. It is a Nonprofit in the Higher Education industry. The Discovery for Teens programme, provides seven-day residential teen development courses to grow their understanding of the world, their place within it, that others have similar ‘issues.’ The one-week intense programme equips with leadership skills and helps participants develop self-awareness, interpersonal and academic skills Provided strategic support for this 21-year-old charitable society. The Foundation needed support with strategy, marketing, fund-raising and sales activities, programme management, stakeholder engagement and supporting management activities, working alongside paid and volunteer staff. Discovery is a (registered NZ Charity CC25089) that is run as a national business by its board of trustees. As a parent of a participant, I saw the value of the leadership and life lessons provided to teens. · Responsible for financial management, strategic planning around forming a more sustainable funding base, promotion of the organisation through public relations and networking initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagagement specialises in communications and engagement advice, embracing organisational change and project management counsel for executive teams. As the principal of this specialist management consultancy, I have skills in leadership, executive coaching, stakeholder relations, engagement campaigns and change management. Key to any engagement campaign is managing stakeholder relationships and messaging. The firm has a particular focus on relationship development across an organisation, creating buy-in through workshops and executive coaching and leadership training, delivering results in all its assignments. The Workplace Strategy is a national one, in consultation with the property and leadership teams. After extensive consultation and interior refurbishments, staff will work in premises with collaboration zones, innovation hubs, 'neighbourhoods', flexible working options and the 'paperless' office.
