ATEED is NZ’s largest Economic Development agency of its type; it is a Council Controlled Organisation (CCO) of Auckland Council. The company combines 3 units of output into one company structure. Member of: Audit, Risk and Finance Committee and Major Business Events Committee Major achievements: Direct input in facilitating the Visitor and Major Events Strategy. GDP growth of $300 million. Visitor attraction growth of $1.5 billion. Business attraction value of $850 million.


Tomorrows Manukau Property Limited (TMPL)

TMPL was a start-up CCO to manage the Councils commercial property portfolio. Major achievement: Development of a $500 million master plan for Ormiston Town which was successfully sold to a JV partner reducing Council’s exposure while delivering the shareholders required outputs.
