Appointed as Chair, my role is to first lead proceedings to establish the Advisory Board, implement a structured governance framework and bring focus to effective advisory board governance practices. I resigned the chair role to take up an executive leadership role to really take the company forward.

CYP successfully built a paying membership of approx. 500 young professionals within the Canterbury area. My focus on the board was on the strategic direction of the society, driving member engagement and encouraging good Governance practice. Building on the CYP model, AYP successfully built a paying membership of approx. 1000 young Auckland professionals in its first year. My time with AYP focused on assisting them delivering on their first AGM and assisting in a full strategic review and the development of a revised strategic plan.

Timely is a cloud delivered software solution to help manage appointment-based small businesses. Consultancy around sales and marketing strategy, sales and marketing tools and culture, new growth market identification and market entry strategy. Engagement with Vortex Technology Services Limited (ceased), 2009.Vortex provided predictive data services for intelligent, precision market segmentation. Consultancy around market entry strategy into global telco markets.

During my time at Revera I lead the development and execution of strategic plan to reinvigorate South Island market share and revenue growth in the complex emerging market for cloud computing solutions. Responsible for regional revenue growth in excess of 400%, from small private to large public companies. Seconded to lead a strategic All-of-government tender and the successful tender for a large central Government agency and a regional Government body.
