Projects managed to budget, time and quality achieved 79% for FY 17/18. Performance measures achieved 87.5%.

At a programme/project level I was a member of various anchor project steering committees and chair the Vertical Capital Delivery Programme Steering Board. This includes forming relationships and working with Crown entities such as MBIE (procurement strategies), Treasury (at a project level and Cost Sharing Agreement), Worksafe (implemented Heads of Agreement), Ministry of Education, Ministry for Culture and Heritage, Creative New Zealand, Housing New Zealand, Ministry of Health and being an active participant of the Whole of Government discussions.
