I oversee capability lift programmes for over 100 sector partners in support of sustainable, effective governance practices that drive long term organisational success. Prior to this I held leadership roles in the not for profit and healthcare sectors. I currently serve as an independent director for Wellington North Badminton Association and operate a consultancy practice specialising in governance and management performance effectiveness. ”
