Global clients included; Boeing, EADS, Honeywell, United Technologies, BAE Systems, Thales, Tyco Corporation, Caterpillar Inc. Accountabilities: Structuring of deals, overseeing deal teams & transactions. Chairing internal workshops & credit meetings. External pitches & presentations. Production of sector strategies for the bank and enhancing the banks understanding of the client & industry. Developing & mentoring of analysts/associates/graduates. Key achievements: Several leverage & M&A deals completed across the sector namely, Westrac, EMECO, Coates Hire and Cleanaway. Consistent clean audit rating year-on-year.
