In particular, managed the eProgesa Technology upgrade programme for New Zealand Blood Services. This was a very successful multi-million dollar technology transformation programme to enable the upgrade to NZ Blood’s mission critical Blood Management System. At its peak I had 5 project managers and 25 project consultants working under my leadership.
