Senior leader responsible for leading the National Office support for all district courts, specialist courts and tribunal operations across New Zealand. This includes championing initiatives to improve operating procedures, policies and systems, and co-ordinating the advice, implementation and embedding of law changes required for courts and tribunals. Engagement with stakeholders from other Government agencies is also a key part of this role

Senior leader role responsible for successfully leading the performance of two tribunals. This role was responsible for leading the review of operational procedures, set a new strategic direction, lead improvement initiatives and monitor performance and engagement of the team. Engagement with stakeholders from other agencies was also vital and a key to the successes in this role.

Senior leader role responsible for leading a team of legal advisors supporting judicial officers to make robust decisions in accordance with the relevant law. This team was also responsible for providing legal advice to operations managers in relation to procedures set out by the law as well as advice to policy teams where these laws required changing to enable operating procedures to be more streamlined and customer-focused. During my time in this role, I was seconded to simultaneously undertake a one-year secondment role of Operations Manager to review the performance and lead improvements for two tribunals.
