Privately held company developing medical devices for cardio vascular health. I was appointed to the board by the majority shareholder as the company gained FDA approval for their first product. The company had a focus on R&D and now required a commercial focus to improve the business and deliver their product into local and international markets. I succeeded in stabilising the company and led the negotiations to sell the company to an offshore publicly listed organisation.

My time is provided free of charge to the company as Thought-Wired is a Social Enterprise looking to improve the position of people living with profound disabilities.

My role was to provide general management and strategy skills, translate strategy to scalable operational plans while managing contractors and fund raising for the charitable trust.
