Balancing local and global business requirements, including investments into global v local IT projects, determining our business transformation direction and what strategies should be adapted and developed to deliver sustainable success. As GM RaboDirect NZ, I led the online banking business for Rabobank in NZ. With a P&L of up to $35m and staff of 40-50, I led strategy development, restructuring of the business, marketing, operations, systems and customer experience. During that time, as part of my global role within the bank, I also led several significant IT projects, including a core system replacement and a global CRM system role out.
