I have been apart of a four month Rangatahi (Maori Youth) in to Governance development programme.The programme has helped me build an understanding of the various components of governance including Roles & Responsibilities, Risk Management, Strategic Thinking, Measuring & Monitoring Progress and Effective Communication, as well as useful tools to assist with asking good questions, strategic planning, and building a board.
