Te Whare Hukahuka

September 2017 - December 2017 (3 months)

Have recently taking part in a 12 week governance development programme for a select cohort of young Māori leaders. The programme helped me build an understanding of the various components of governance including roles & responsibilities, risk management, strategic thinking, measuring & monitoring progress and effective communication, as well as useful tools to assist with asking good questions, strategic planning, and building a board.
